3. AI-Generated Content & Responsibility

Laknat provides AI-generated text-to-speech (TTS) voices for personal and business use.

You are fully responsible for any content generated and shared using our Services.

Laknat does not guarantee 100% accuracy or naturalness in AI-generated voices.

4. Payment & Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plans are available on laknat.com.

Payments are processed through third-party providers.

No refunds are offered unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Laknat owns all technology, AI models, and content created by our system.

Users may use AI-generated voices only for allowed purposes.

Unauthorized copying, reselling, or redistribution of our AI-generated voices is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit custom voices, text, or other materials, you:

• Grant Laknat a license to process and use that content for service improvement.
• Confirm that you own the rights to any uploaded content.
• Agree that Laknat may refuse or remove any content violating these Terms.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Laknat, you consent to data collection, storage, and processing.

You are responsible for securing your personal data and keeping account information private.

8. Termination & Suspension

Laknat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms.
• Abuse the Services or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to harm or exploit our AI technology.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

Laknat is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or performance.

We are not responsible for damages, losses, or issues caused by AI-generated content.

In no event shall Laknat’s liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at laknat.com, and continued use of Laknat means you accept the updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt (or an applicable jurisdiction where Laknat operates).
